The Villa Moisset is a stone house with a beautiful seaview. It has direct access to a huge sand beach. It is the perfect place to enjoy swimming, watersports and hiking by the sea.
The villa is divided in 4 buildings:

The main house with a total capacity of 23 people, available for rent. It offers 1 bedroom+1bathroom on ground floor, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 1st floor and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2nd floor. The Maps tab provide more informations about bedrooms capacities.

The second house, with a capacity of 7 people,2 bedrooms and a living room. This house may be rented with the main house for an additional fee.

The old chapel, furnished, is not currently available for rent

A fourth building, unfurnished, may be used as a summer dining room. It is equipped with a fireplace suitable for barbecues.
The main house:
The 40m2 living room has a veranda with a breathtaking sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, fridge, electrical stove and oven. A whole set of these appliances is also available in the basement, in case of full booking.
The kitchen may also be used as a dining room, with a window overlooking the sea.
The two 2,60m long dining tables may set up to 24 people.
An additional table in the veranda may seat up to 10 people.

The bedrooms are approximately 12m2 large.
Half of them offer a sea view. The bathrooms, each with toilets, are shared by 2 bedrooms: one with queen size, and one with 2 to 5 single beds.

In the backyard, a smaller building offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

La terrasse du jardin est équipée de tables et de chaises pour que tout le monde puisse déjeuner dehors. Deux grands parasols sont également disponibles si besoin.
